Shipping Policy

We ship via FedEx to all 50 U.S. states.

• Orders processed Mon–Fri; not on weekends.
• Tracking number provided upon shipment.
• Orders over $200 require a direct signature.
• No delivery to PO Boxes.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring FedEx can deliver to the specified address.

New Returns

• No returns on special order or discontinued items (clearly marked on invoice).
• In-stock items may be returned within 30 days if not installed.
• All returns require a Return Authorization from a Pure Power team member.
• Products must be clean, unused, and in original packaging.
• Customer pays return shipping; refusal of delivery or invalid addresses will result in deduction of return shipping from refund.
• Refunds take up to 5 business days and are issued in the original form of payment. Include tracking for faster processing.

Core Returns

Some alternators/starters include a core charge, refundable upon return of the old unit.

To qualify:

• Return must be within 30 days.
• Cores must be complete, rebuildable, undamaged, and returned in the original box.
• Must match original purchase.

Note: All cores will be inspected. If damage or mismatch is found, only up to 50% of the core charge may be refunded.
